01.01.12 >>> Happy New Year! Completed tracking the new Colortone album over the holiday. Mixing & mastering next and planning an early 2012 release. Also finished my "Kartoon Kits" Kontakt sample library, which I'll be sharing shortly.
12.12.11 >>> Collaborating with my longtime, talented friend Don Bodin on advertising music for Toyota of Europe. Composing for several different web/tv commercials in various styles.
11.16.11 >>> I'll be writing lots of new cues in December and replacing those on the site that I consider to be sub-par or out of date. Looking forward to playing around with all the new toys I've accumulated.
11.06.11 >>> About to complete an album of new solo music. It's strictly piano, vocals and light orchestral accompaniment and is quite intimate and melancholy. It sounds most like my old project Colortone (minus the electronics) so I'm leaning towards reviving that moniker.
11.02.22 >>> Have been studying the art of constructing custom Kontakt instruments, complete with fancy scripting. Really interesting and fun to mess with for nerds like me. Currently mapping out my first 2 original Kontakt libraries: a collection of cartoon sound FX I'm calling "Kartoon Kits" and another of sound FX from the original Star Trek series entitled "Spaceboy" (I'd tell you how I got my hands on them but then I'd have to kill you).
